Snow Policy
The National Ballet of Canada does not control the elements and is committed to honouring its performance schedule. All performances proceed as scheduled despite snow or sleet.
If travelling to the theatre in inclement weather please allow plenty of extra time. The National Ballet recommends taking the TTC. The Four Seasons Centre is directly accessible from Osgoode subway station on the Yonge/University/Spadina line.
The National Ballet of Canada regrets that tickets not used due to inclement weather cannot be refunded or exchanged.
